While many of the manufacturers who were producing good quality Calicut tiles moved to
roman tile and euro tile production, our company was clever enough to stay in touch with
the habit of producing traditional Calicut tiles. Though the trending product isn’t this, we
have not reduced its standards.
We produce the traditional Calicut tiles in two forms. One is with line design and the other
one is the polished Calicut tile. Early days, people were searching line design and now a
day’s, customer demand is more into polished Calicut tile relative to line design.
With De-airing technology we have been able to keep the level of water absorption in our products at a very low value. We do have nano paints which can be applied on our products which excludes water absorption.
Manuactured using natural raw materials and no toxic substance is used.

Wet transverse strength & Dry transverse strength of our products are way beyond SLS certified values ensuring our products capability to withstand high pressure.
The interlocking ability in our products make them monkey proof while making them difficult to be pried opened. It ensures the safety, security while preventing zero leakage of water or dew.
No toxic substance is used in the manufacturing process and it has been tested experimentally that our products do not cause health hazards.
Less energy is used in heating and cooling to achieve a satisfactory temperature because our products are poor conductors of heat.This enables a cool and comfortable interior.
We do test our production batches for its water permeability by exposing a selected number of units under a test period of 24 hours.
Our company has been manufacturing this tile type for more than 20 years and is reknowned as one of the best manufacturers for this tile type throughout the country.With all the experience throughout the past, we have nurtured this type to the same quality as that of Roman and Euro tile types. This is the old fashioned tile type and it is still in demand in large scale across the island due to its low price and aesthetically patterned passages for rain water drainage.
